I think you should visit a dentist and get the treatment done. It should be done under the guidance of dentist only. Not at home visits. Its easier set and done. The amount of protrusion, flaring, overlap of teeth etc need to be measured and this decides if only orthodontic treatment will help or will surgical correction be required.
